Ingredients
Whey protein isolate 84% [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithines (soy)], L-glutamine 4%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavourings, L-arginine 2%, creamer [glucose syrup, coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, whey protein concentrate, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], thickener (cellulose gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), L-Leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%, lactase preparation [maltodextrin, lactase (from Aspergillus oryzae)].

Contains milk and soy. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphur dioxide.
Advice for use
Mix one serving (25 g = approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 200 ml or 300 ml of water in a shaker, depending on your taste intensity preference. On training days, consume one serving in the morning and one serving immediately after exercise. On resting days, consume one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon.
