Wheat flour , pea protein, oat powder whole OAT KING®, omega-3 (from flaxseed), baking powder, vanilla flavor, salt, beta-carotene, sucralose.
Put 105 ml of water in a mixing bowl, add 50 g (4 spoons) of the powder mixture and mix with a whisk until a smooth paste is obtained. Place in a non-stick pan and cook on both sides until golden brown. One preparation gives two pancakes.
